If your pitch strikes a chord, we’ll hop on an introductory call with all the stakeholders, followed by a deeper dive into your business model & vision to make sure we’re on the same page.

Issuance of Term Sheet
If all aligns, we will issue a term sheet and work together to finalize key terms.

Final Approval
After a final review of the investment, we make the agreement official with some signatures and it’s all systems go. Let's take your business to newer heights.

Yes, mentoring is a cornerstone of our approach. We work closely with portfolio companies, providing hands-on support in areas like product development, scaling strategies, marketing, distribution, and fundraising.
Once a pitch is received, our team reviews the submission and may follow up with clarifying questions. Startups that align with our focus areas are invited for in-depth discussions and due diligence. If shortlisted, we proceed to structuring a partnership.
If your pitch is not selected, we aim to provide constructive feedback when possible. While we may not proceed with an investment, we encourage entrepreneurs to keep us updated on their progress and consider reconnecting when they reach new milestones.
