Rukam Capital Trust and Rukam Capital Fund II Trust (both managed by fund manager Mentorx Incubation and Advisory Services Private Limited and registered as an Alternative Investment Fund (Category II) with the Securities Exchange Board of India having address at C-13, First Floor, SDA Commercial Complex, Hauz Khas, New Delhi 110016) (collectively, “Rukam”, “We”, or “Us” or “Our”) welcomes you to our website (the “Website”) and appreciates your interest in Us. These terms of use are a contract between You and Rukam (the “Agreement”) and govern your visit to use the Website. These Terms of Use are between Rukam and the visitors, users (“you”, “your”, “users”) who visit the Website.
