The second edition of Startup Mahakumbh brought together India’s thriving startup ecosystem on an even larger scale, uniting startups, investors, incubators and accelerators, policymakers, and industry leaders from across sectors. Held from April 3–5, 2025, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, the event was led by FICCI, ASSOCHAM, NASSCOM, TiE, IVCA, and Bootstrap Incubation and Advisory Foundation, with support from DPIIT, GeM as the Presenting Partner, and SIDBI and ECGC as Powered by Partners. It was stewarded by a Core Organising Committee of some of India’s most respected founders and investors, among them Rukam Capital’s Founder and Managing Partner, Archana Jahagirdar. The event featured sector-focused pavilions spanning AI and Deeptech, HealthTech, AgriTech, FinTech, Energy and ClimateTech, D2C, Mobility, Gaming and Sports Tech, and B2B, Precision Manufacturing and Defence and Space Tech.

Under the theme ‘Startup India @ 2047: Unfolding the Bharat Story,’ the event highlighted bold innovations from across the country, with a particular focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Across 10 thematic tracks, 751 speakers came together for 211 curated sessions, including keynotes, fireside chats, panel discussions, mentoring clinics, and masterclasses. A standout addition this year was the Startup MahaRathi Grand Challenge, which gave startups meaningful access to funding, mentorship, and market linkages. Over 1,052 startup founders received one-on-one mentoring from 133 domain experts across industries.

True to its purpose of connecting startups with the right people and the right capital, the event hosted 2,923 exhibitors, 1,091 active investors, 103,349 unique attendees, and over 2.5 lakh visitors on the exhibition floor across three days. With 15,983 B2B meetings facilitated and delegations from over 60 countries present, Startup Mahakumbh 2025 stands as the world’s largest startup gathering.
