To understand how Gen Z thinks, what shapes their decisions, and how their realities change from city to city. This IP is our attempt to document those voices honestly, without judgement or commentary.

In this episode, we’re on the streets of Mumbai, speaking to Gen Z about ambition, career, risk, and how they define success. In a city often described as the land of dreams, we wanted to understand how young people actually think about chasing those dreams. Do they prioritise stability or risk? Hard work or opportunity?
